Standard delivery: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Once shipped, the order is delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
b. International shipping
Delivery times vary according to destination. On average, delivery takes 5 to 15 working days, but may be delayed by customs procedures and local postal services.
c. Processing time
Orders placed before 11.59pm on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 11.59pm or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

5 Delivery problems

If your parcel is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will investigate with the carrier to resolve the problem quickly.
c. Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if it is not collected from the collection point, it will be returned to Flamingo Clothing We will contact you to arrange a new shipment, but the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
